Have you ever walked into a room full of people and immediately know that the people in that room had been fighting? Or walked into a room full of tension? What you are sensing is the energy of the emotional charge or signal of the anger, fear or any other emotion produced by those in the room.
Every time we have a thought or emotion it produces an electrical spark of energy that builds up over time. It’s what creates a “dirty” thought / emotional field environment within our home or office.
Over time that “dirty” environment starts to collect like energy – more dirty fear, grief or sadness thought energy and makes the home or office feel heavy and can make you feel tired.
Think of it this way, you’re grieving the loss of something or someone. You go to work and you feel better, but as soon as you come home you feel really sad and the grief hits you like a blast as soon as you walk in the door. That blast of grief is from the build up of emotional/thought electrical energy from the grief of yesterday, the day before yesterday and so on.
We vacuum and dust our house – our physical environment because it gets dirty but seldom do we vacuum or dust our emotional/thought environment, which affects our mental and physical health.
Your thoughts or how you feel about yourself and your home are foundational in creating a healthy home.
Dr Masaru Emoto placed positive and negative emotional words on water. He then froze the water and photographed the water crystals.
You Make Me Sick, I Will Kill You
The negatively charged water crystals were incomplete and the positively charged water crystals were fully formed and beautiful.
Through this work, Dr. Emoto showed us the impact our words and feelings can have on our bodies and our life. So, be positive in your intent.
Your home is a living, breathing organism. It’s a reflection of you, your interests, fears, passions, and beliefs. It can also be a place of calm, renewal, and a sanctuary where you can recharge. Home can be a place that heals you, regenerates you, strengthens, and supports you. Your home can become a sacred place.
Be conscious within your home, create with intent, and thrive there.
